Prasanna is a recent graduate student of Applied Economics at Mills College, with a strong interest in social justice and economic equity. He assists in marketing, equity research and business strategies and outreach branding efforts to increase collective awareness among the general public.Originally from Nepal, he joined Full Circle Program after working on several community development and racial equity projects in the Bay Area. When not working, he can be found enjoying a good book, surfing or hiking outdoors
Emani is a rising Senior at Rice University, double majoring in Psychology and the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality. Some of her hobbies include reading, swimming, fitness, and cooking. Emani has a variety of interests and loves to keep herself busy. This internship is important to her because she believes that racial equity should be foundational to all organizations, companies, businesses, and institutions.
Joyelle is originally from NJ but she is happy to call Houston, TX her new home as of 2018. She recently graduated from Baylor University with her Masters of Social Work this past May 2020. Her hobbies include cooking, dance, photography, video games, Netflix, and spending time with her family. Joy's interests are research, policy, and advocacy related to child development, equity, and justice. She is excited to be working with Full Circle Strategies because she believes in and is passionate about the work we are doing. As a new social worker and a woman of color, she would like to help play a part in the fight towards racial equity and help educate the communities she is apart of on what that means for people like us and for the foundation on which our country was built. This internship is important to her because she feels like she can not only align her personal and career goals, but she can contribute towards a cause, that impacts her daily life. She is excited to be here and to learn from the leaders of Full Circle Strategies
Pauliese is a senior Broadcast journalism major and Sociology minor at the University of Houston. Her career goals are to work for a television company or newspaper in hopes of becoming a news reporter, editor and someone who works well behind the scenes. In this lifetime, she would love to become an author and write a book or two. A long term goal of hers is to open a family bakery so that she can build generational wealth for her heirs. Her hobbies and interests are doing makeup, baking, watching new television series and swimming. She loves music and spending time alone.
Chelsea Ratcliff is a recent Honors Graduate from Sam Houston State University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. Her long-term goal is to attend Law School and become an Attorney to fight against racial injustice. Her interests are fighting for justice, whether it be in the court room, prison system, corporate or an organization. Chelsea enjoys reading, painting, photography, and spending time in nature. She values this Internship with Full Circle Strategies as it will help her gain experience in communications as well as increase her knowledge to become an advocate for achieving racial equity.
