Dr. Kenya Minott (she/her) is co-owner of Full Circle Strategies. Her commitment to social change is reflected in her racial justice organizing background and in her work as an educator and trainer. Dr. Minott was trained as a dismantling racism facilitator through the Western States Center in Portland, Oregon and Race Forward (formerly the Applied Research Center) in Chicago, Illinois. From 2005-2011 she facilitated several training sessions for grassroots organizers, college students, labor groups, government employees, and non-profit organizations throughout the Midwest and Western regions. During this time, she also served on local, state-wide, and national coalitions to address various forms of systemic oppression intersecting with education, worker’s rights, voter rights, health equity, and environmental justice.
Dr. Kim Baker (she/her) is co-owner of Full Circle Strategies. She has dedicated her career to addressing health disparities and advocating for health equity through program, policy, and practice. She works full time in public health as an Assistant Professor where she researches topics related to reproductive health & justice and public health practice. She manages We Can Do More/Own Every Piece, a multi-partner systems level intervention to increase access to contraception for women in Harris County. Here she is conducting research on implicit associations among reproductive health providers and working to reduce them through storytelling. Dr. Baker has also developed multiple health interventions using participatory methods targeting African-American male teens, faith institutions and health providers.

Dr. Hannah Kimbrough (she/her) is the HEARTspeak Training Director with Full Circle Strategies. She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker certified by the states of Arkansas, Georgia, and Texas. Issues of power, privilege, and oppression are common themes that show up in Dr. Kimbrough's research and clinical work. Dr. Kimbrough has a variety of social work experience in micro and macro settings including working with foster children, college students, adults in residential recovery, women experiencing homelessness, as well as groups, couples, and families. She worked as the Assistant Director for The Daring Way before moving full-time into private practice and teaching as an online Visiting Professor for the University of Arkansas School of Social Work. Hannah is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator and Level II Gottman Facilitator.

Donisha Shepherd (she/her) serves as Political Outreach Coordinator & HEARTspeak Facilitator with Full Circle Strategies. Donisha had dedicated her work to the long-term goal of decolonizing the profession she has dedicated her life to. She believes that anti-racism work is necessary and provides an opportunity for everyone to “rethink what we think we know”, unlearn the teachings that divided us, and learn how to utilize our differences as building blocks to becoming better as a whole.

Tonia T. Green (she/her) is the Wellness Coach with Full Circle Strategies. She brings a multidimensional and intersectional approach to holistic wellness that she holds as both an area of specialization and as a passion. Her commitment to wellness extends beyond traditional understandings of wellness and incorporates organizational ethical responsibility to address holistic wellness practices that include attention to physical, mental, social, and spiritual well being. Tonia brings extensive practice experience to the team, having been practicing in the field of Social Services since 1995 and becoming a Licensed Clinician in 1999. Tonia is co-founder of ITAV Enterprises, LLC, a private practice focused on behavioral health.
